Heleconia

The heliconia is a genus with many species of plants. Most of the plants in this genus are flowering plants. There are over one hundred species of plants in this genus.

Heliconia plants are native to tropical regions. The majority of these flowers can be found in the pacific islands. They are beautiful and unique flowering plants.

There are many popular heliconia flowers. Some of the most popular include the lobster-claw, the wild plantain, and the false birds-of-paradise. All of these flowers make striking additions to flower arrangements and bouquets.
